Step Behind the Scenes ꗃ
Painting has always been at the center of my life—outside of any job, class, or project. Before transitioning to a full-time painting practice, I spent two decades in animation—painting, animating, and teaching. The Painted Stages Archive offers a selection of hand-painted backgrounds created before 2015. Though distinct from my personal work, these scenes share a common pursuit: creating spaces that invite emotion and deeper attention.
